Return-Exchange/Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return-exchange/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To start a return, you can contact us at luxuripaws@gmail.com with your Order # and request for exchange or refund.
Exchange/Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund. If you are approved, then your request will be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as items on sale. If an item is on final sale it will be listed on the product description/category.
